Excited to start the 30 day shred again! I’ve never completed it due to me getting lazy/unmotivated even though I saw results… I don’t know. ANYWAYS I’m gonna try to make it all the way through this time! Anyone want to keep me accountable and/or do it with me? :)
D1L1: Today was a little bit of a struggle. I’ve been getting over soreness from a arm/back/ab workout on Tuesday so today my muscles were a little tender. For the most part I got through the whole thing without having to stop! We’ll see how tomorrow goes lol.
Lunch: Banana and an avocado with lemon, Tabasco and a sprinkle of salt.
Dinner: A grilled chicken breast with cucumber, tomato, pepperccines(sp?), grilled pineapple, raw yellow onion and avocado (mashed) all wrapped up in a flour tortilla and a little bit of honey mustard to dip :) Work food may not be the best thing for me but, I could have had a burger right?
Tomorrow my fiancé and I are going to a farmers market so I’ll have plenty of healthy choices to choose from!
